The production of Ugly Betty is definitely moving to New York City, announced Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Gov. David Paterson and ABC Studios President Mark Pedowitz.

The ABC series is moving from LA to NY in order to take advantage of the 35% tax credits from the city and state, which will create more than 200 full- and part-time jobs. source
