I think the pic contains more than just First Ladies, other than Naomi Campbell there are a few women I can spot that are definitely not married let alone being First Ladies. As for Naomi I thought her boyfriend ran off and married someone else without telling her....

Lol..Yes I was wondering too but, I guess the Queen decided to invite her to dinner.
And i have no clue if that man she is dating is married or not I hope not if she is in a relationship with him.
