No pun intended, but do you see what oil revenues can do? Especially when they are used to ensure that your residents have one of the best quality of living standards in the world.
There was one time when I thought about doing contractor work in Dubai, UAE.
Yup oil revenues does a lot, this is why proper control of oil revenues in African countries need to go to the people to build and develop their countries and not to Foriegn countries who have their hands in the cookie drawer.
