Death to The Falsification of Our History

Falsification:
1.
to make false or incorrect, esp. so as to deceive: to falsify income-tax reports.
2.
to alter fraudulently.
3.
to represent falsely: He falsified the history of his family to conceal his humble origins.
4.
to show or prove to be false; disprove: to falsify a theory.

Our fore mothers did not name us "black", the only thing black about us is that we have been "blacked " out of history.

No we did not first come to North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean Islands via the slave trade the majority of us were already here, prior to being forced into slavery. We were and still are Global.

Just say NO to all the lies that have been forced upon us in order to hide our true identity.

Just say NO to all the negative images, stereotypes, and poison that has been ruining our lively hoods for a very long time.

so tru, so tru

I totally agree and we need to be more aware of ourselves and our "true" history. Slaverly was a period of time and it does not define us as a people. "know yourself" :)

Exactly, I find people get way to wrapped up in this short time period and really need to break out of it. It was a period that was very painful but there is a lot more to us if people would just, seek and find.

"know yourself"

Yes we have to work on this and stop allowing other people to define us.

Our people throughout the Diaspora are fighting autonomy and recognition for their contributions to society.

Our children need to know that Africans and the descendents of Africans share a large part in creating the societies in which other's enjoy the wealth that they played a huge part in creating and now take for granted.

Our ancestors who traveled to the so called New World in chains and those who were colonized in their own continent, built the kingdoms of the New World on their backs spilling their own blood, sweat and tears along the way.

Our history was destroyed to control our ancestors and to make them think that they were inferior, having created nothing nor contributed anything to the world.

Each and everyone of us is descended from greatness and we all need to start acting accordingly.
