Wow, that's quite a contest! I've written in depth about Disney's lack of black characters so I wasn't as excited about this initially. It seems to be an interesting cultural reflection so I'll give it a try. And my daughter, who can't stand Disney Princesses, is thrilled about this so that is a good sign. I know all these answers, will send an email!

Disney is not my favorite network because of the lack of black characters, especially in animation for young black girls, but I do intend to see this when it hits theatres. I have sent in my email for the giveaway as well!

What a great giveaway! I look forward to seeing it.

I’m surprised I haven’t heard much talk about the ‘dark’ nature of the film, i.e. voodoo, witchcraft. I was expecting to hear debate about why the first black princess has to be aligned with such what could be perceived as dubious themes.
