Snap shot I took of the Mona LisaThe Louvre Museum (French: Musée du Louvre), located in Paris, is a historic monument, and a national museum of France. It is a central landmark, located on the Right Bank of the Seine in the 1st arrondissement (neighbourhood). Nearly 35,000 objects from the 6th millennium BC to the 19th century AD are exhibited over an area of 60,600 square metres (652,300 square feet).
The museum is housed in the Louvre Palace (Palais du Louvre) which began as a fortress built in the 12th century under Philip II. Remnants of the fortress are still visible. More info click here

paris and london must have been so awesome! your pics are great (i've been checking in all week). funny, my best friend has family in london and is going there in 3 weeks...they are going to go into paris for one day too.
i don't think i knew you could take photos of the mona lisa - it's much smaller than i'd expect it to be.
Yup Paris and London was crazy I loved it, I can't wait to go back. I have family in London.
Yes the Mona Lisa is small, and they have it blocked off and about 6 feet away, so you can't go right up to it at all.
