A self loathing woman or someone who had one too many much drinks, who knows. But this is bad - especially the morons who picked those customs. Not funny at all.
Not sure why that girl is laughing. I can only hope that she is a foreigner from some remote village who never heard of the kkk. That's the only way I can excuse her.
