A school in central Port-au-Prince partly collapsed Wednesday leaving seven people injured, police said, five days after a school in the capital's suburbs caved in killing at least 93.
Police said students at the Grace Divine school were out in the institution's recreation yard when the cave-in occurred.
The accident came after heavy rains late Tuesday in the capital of one of the world's poorest countries.
On Friday the three-story school La Promesse collapsed in Petion-ville, a hillside shantytown outside Port-au-Prince, killing at least 93 and leaving 150 injured.
About 350 people were believed to have been inside attending classes at the time, according to Minister of Youth and Sports Evans Lescouflair. source
