I came across an online magazine called SHE Caribbean Magazine. I love the covers of these magazines because it represent the beautiful and intelligent women of the Caribbean . SHE Caribbean is printed & published six times a year by Star Publishing Co Ltd on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. Check out there website here

I've worked with Delia, the She editor. It's not just a beautiful mag but insightful as well. I'm sure you can get them in Canada.
