The article is about Top 100 Celebs, and Beyonce was ranked #4, it's not about skin colour.
Go ahead Beyonce. That girl work ethic is unmatched and that is why she is so successful. EI you are right it is not about skin color. Gesh people act like black people don't get fake tans too.
