Jennifer Hudson stated that she's always been happy with her curves but after giving birth to her first child, she decided to take control of her body image and eating habits. Good for you Jennifer, I myself have taking control of my body image and eating habits. I've replaced snaking on cookies with fruits , eating lots of greens and drinking plenty of water and exercising 2-3 times a week .
