She was one of my favorites! She is partly why I wanted to become a makeup artist. This was a shock to me when I saw it on FB last Friday. May God rest her soul and many condolences to her family.

When I saw this today I could not believe it. This lady did so much and created so much in such an understated way, that the end results were phenomenal. It's sad that most people only got to know her because of the lawsuit that she filed against Queen Latifah. I still can't believe that Essence has not honored her with a dedication. Ebony magazine has because she and Harriet Cole worked on so many fashion lay-outs through the years.
