Her book means, Black woman in a White country or land. I understand her plight because I lived in Germany for over 12 years, but my life was a little different and I didn't have much of an identity crisis because the Germans were more welcoming to me, there's a large African population and I lived there before adulthood until the age of 5 years old. I miss Germany and I want to go back because and so do my children.
